Patricia Rauch

Chief Financial Officer

Patricia leads Davlyn Group’s strategic financial planning efforts as the company continues to expand at a record pace. Her experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, and retail. She was most recently with Corporate Interiors, Inc. where she was CFO. Prior to this, Patricia held various financial and operational leadership positions at midsize to large companies. She holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA, both from Pace University.

Stephen Tang

Vice President & General Manager, Norfab-Amatex

Stephen manages our Norfab-Amatex business, which Davlyn Group acquired in 2020. Stephen was most recently with ITW, where he was the Industrial Business Unit Manager for Brooks Instruments. Prior to ITW, he held several general management and engineering roles at Micross Components and Kulicke and Soffa. Stephen holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell and an MBA from Columbia University.

Joe Hughes

President of Darco Southern

Joe has been with Davlyn Group since 2015 and manages the Darco Southern operation. Previously, Joe held various leadership roles at AES, including Chief Business Officer and Vice President of Sales. Prior to AES, Joe held a variety of roles at Russell, Champion, VF Corporation, and Burlington Industries. Joe holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Jeff Zola

Vice President & General Manager, Davlyn Manufacturing

Jeff joined the company in 2019 as Vice President of Marketing and is now serving as VPGM of our Davlyn Manufacturing business. Prior to joining Davlyn, Jeff served as VP of Marketing for NovaTech, LLC. He previously held a variety of technical and commercial leadership roles at DuPont, AMETEK, and Tyco. Jeff holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management, both from Drexel University.

Michael Braswell

Vice President of Engineering

Michael has been leading the company’s engineering efforts since 2019. Prior to joining Davlyn Group, Michael served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Tesla. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Celgard. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Duke University.
