Michael Vincent

Chief Executive Officer

Michael is the CEO of Davlyn Group and navigates the company’s path to success. Michael was most recently with HN Precision, where he was the CEO and grew the firm’s sales profitability. Prior to HN Precision, he was the CEO of Roberts Tool Company where he led the firm through a successful transaction with a PE sponsor. Michael holds a BS in Mathematics from SUNY at Stony Brook, a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Rice University.

Meagan Bare

Director, Human Resources

Meagan leads the Human Resources initiatives at the Davlyn Group. With over 20 years of HR experience, she acts as the senior advisor for all business leaders regarding people and organizational matters, aligning the talent strategy with the Company’s mission. Meagan started her HR career working for the Pepsi Refreshment Services Pepsi in Florida, then moved to the Pepsi Bottling Group in Havre de Grace, MD and most recently was the HR Director at Corporate Interiors, Inc. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA, both from the University of Scranton. Meagan is also a SHRM Certified Professional.

Jason Boccagno

Chief Financial Officer

Jason is the CFO of Davlyn Group and oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. He brings deep experience in financial management, accounting, and operational leadership across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Before joining Davlyn Group, Jason served as Chief Financial Officer at TransAxle LLC and held leadership roles at Fluitron, LLC and SP Industries, Inc., where he was instrumental in managing cash flow, budgeting, and acquisition integration efforts. Jason holds an MBA from La Salle University and a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University.

Mark Mapes

Director of Technical Sales/R&D

Mark Mapes is the Director of Technical Sales/R&D at the Davlyn Group.   With more than 28 years of leadership experience across the landscape of technical textiles, Automotive Nonwovens, filtration, building and infrastructure, thermal protection and advanced performance coatings.  Previously, Mark held leadership roles at Asten Johnson and Milliken & Company, where he led cross-functional teams spanning R&D, sales, manufacturing, and operations. His focus was revenue growth, maximizing profitability, facility transitions, while paving the way for entry into high-growth markets such as sound management(acoustics), filtration, infrastructure and Automotive moldable Nonwovens. Strengths include TS/ISO/IATF implementation, patent portfolio management, acquisitions, OEM and Tier-1 relationship building and innovation.  Translating technical innovation into sustainable commercial results for customers. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Stephen Zawislak

Engineering Director

Stephen Zawislak is a seasoned textile engineering and operations leader with more than 40 years of experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, plant management, and technical sales. He has held senior leadership roles across the textile industry, including Director of Engineering and Sales Manager at Norfab (The Davlyn Group), where he strengthened customer relationships, led complex technical initiatives, expanded product lines, and drove growth through solution-oriented selling and cross-functional collaboration.  Earlier in his career he served as Business Unit Manager and Process Engineer at Gentex Corporation and Plant Manager at Textile Technologies, Inc., where he led multidisciplinary teams, expanded international distribution, supported military and aerospace applications, and guided organizations through quality and ISO 9001 initiatives. His technical expertise spans advanced textile processes such as weaving, carding, coating, laminating, wet finishing, and yarn spinning, and he is a co-inventor on a patented spun yarn for military chemical defense garments. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences and is recognized for combining deep technical knowledge with practical leadership and customer-focused problem solving.

Rebecca Richmond

Chief Commericial Officer

Rebecca is currently the Chief Commericial Officer with Davlyn Group.  She has been with the company six years plus years now.  Rebecca has progressed from a customer service role to senior account management and now serves as Chief Commercial Officer. Throughout this journey, she has built a deep understanding of the appliance and industrial sectors, combining frontline customer insight with strategic commercial leadership. In her current role, Rebecca oversees commercial strategy, key accounts, and growth initiatives, driving long-term value through strong customer partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Kim Gouker

Sales Operations Manager

Kim is the Sales Operations Manager of Davlyn Manufacturing with over 35 years’ experience in the industrial industry.  Kim specializes in unrelenting customer service and brings a wealth of knowledge in thermal management textiles/composites.  She understands customers’ needs and excels in helping them achieve their goals in both purchasing and following up post sale.  Prior to joining Davlyn Group, Kim served in Technical Sales for Penflex, specializing in the metal hose industry.  Kim holds a degree in Engineering and Accounting from Immaculata University.  Providing a strong technical and financial foundation to support sales operations and strategic growth.
